MARG has many noteworthy accomplishments. Below are some key ones:

1994
MARG Ltd. was established as an infrastructure and realty development company by Mr.G.R.K.Reddy, a first generation entrepreneur.

1995
May - June:
MARG announced an IPO (Raised Rs.250 Lakh) and began trading on the Bombay Stock Exchange and Madras Stock Exchange
December:
Developed MARG Center, an 8,000 sq ft commercial complex in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh.

1996
Launched Sai Subhodaya Apartments in Chennai.

1998
Completed construction of Wescare Towers in Chennai.

1998 - 2001
MARG ventured into new verticals in infrastructure, including wind power projects, electrical works and IT parks

2002
MARG pioneered development on Chennai's IT Corridor

2004
Completed construction of MARG's Digital Zone I, on the Chennai IT Corridor.

2006
Obtained the Government of Puducherry's concession for the development of a modern port at Karaikal on a Build - Operate - Transfer basis.
MARG's Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds ( FCCBs ) issued
MOU signed with Oakwood Asia Pacific for operation and management of serviced apartments.
Entered into a joint venture with Housing and Urban Development Corporation Ltd. (HUDCO) to form Signa Infrastructure India Limited.

2007
February:
Issued GDRs listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange and raised USD 15 million
March:
Conceived the “MARG Junction Mall cum Business Hotel “project
May:
Obtained formal approval for MARG's SPV, New Chennai Township Private Limited ( NCTPL )
June:
Completed construction of MARG Square, on the Chennai IT Corridor
July:
Completed construction of Digital Zone II, on the IT Corridor.
August:
Launched "Ramlakshmi Enclave" residential apartments in Tenali, Andhra Pradesh
November:
Launched MARG Tapovan Villas off the East Coast Road

2008
February:
Launched MARG Swarnabhoomi - the new paradigm for business, living and learning with 2 notified Special Economic Zones
August:
MARG awarded the fastest growing infrastructure company in the medium category at the 6th Annual Construction World Awards in Mumbai
December:
MARG awarded the contract for the development and operation of the Bijapur greenfield airport MARG signed Consultancy Agreement with Surbana of Singapore for prefab construction technology for MARG Swarnabhoomi

2009
January:
Obtained formal approval for Port Based SEZ at Karaikal MARG launched Pushpadruma - an apartment project at Kalavakkam on the Old Mahabalipuram Road in Chennai
February:
MARG and Bala Vidya Mandir, Chennai signed an MoU to setup a concept school, BVM Global at MARG Swarnabhoomi.
March:
MARG launched Vishwashakti, an integrated township in the temple town of Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh
April:
Karaikal Port Phase 1 completed
MoU signed with Chinmaya Heritage Centre for MARG Chennai Family Quiz 2010
May:
MARG signed MoU with renowned musician and composer R. Prasanna to launch the Swarnabhoomi Academy of Music
October:
MARG launched MARG ProperTies, the umbrella brand for its residential product segment
MARG launched Utsav apartments at MARG Swarnabhoomi
November:
The Company’s shares traded as “Permitted Security” on NSE vide its circular, NSE/LIST/C/2009/0568 dated November 3, 2009, with effect from November 5, 2009

2010
January:
Signed a “Project Development Agreement” with the Government of Karnataka on January 18, 2010, to develop the Bijapur Airport
March:
Karaikal Port signed an agreement with “India Infrastructure Fund” of IDFC; under this the fund will invest INR 1,500 million in the port against equity stake
MARG entered into a joint venture with Virginia Tech (USA) to set up the “VIRGINIA TECH MARG Swarnabhoomi” campus. The objective is to deliver programs in India to foster graduate education as well as scientific and technological engagement. The MoU was signed on March 9, 2010
April:
The company raised 106.93 crores rupees through a qualified institutional placement at an offer price of 189.88 rupees a share
Launched Savithanjali – a premium apartment project near Kelambakkam on the Old Mahabalipuram Road in Chennai
