MULTI-LEVEL CAR PARKING

Fully Automatic Multi Level Car Parking Project
Multi-Level Car Parks (MLCPs) are stacked car parking solutions with multiple floors or levels. Popular in several developed countries, MLCPs provide the optimal solution to meet the growing parking requirements utilizing vertical space, rather than expanding horizontally.

Central Government and State government agencies are now promoting the multi level car parking projects at prime locations to cater the future parking needs. Most of these projects are on the BOT (Build-Operate-Transfer) Model involving Public-Private Partnership. SIGNA is currently developing one such project in Chennai.

The work was awarded to the consortium of MARG Limited and Apollo Hospitals Enterprise Limited (AHEL) through tendering process.
The salient features of the project are as follows
• Total project cost estimated at Rs. 300 million
