MARG Ltd. was established as an infrastructure and realty development company by Mr.G.R.K.Reddy, a first generation entrepreneur. GRK acting upon his conviction that infrastructure development would play a vital role in the future of India and drive the second generation of reforms, moved from the merchant banking industry to infrastructure development.
1995
May - June:
MARG announced an IPO (Raised Rs.250 Lakh) and began trading on the Bombay Stock Exchange and Madras Stock Exchange
December:
Developed MARG Center, an 8,000 sq ft commercial complex in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh.
1996
Launched Sai Subhodaya Apartments in Chennai.
1998
Completion of Wescare Towers in Chennai.
1998 - 2001
MARG ventured into new verticals in infrastructure, including wind power projects, electrical works and IT parks
