	Arvind Kumar Sagar, President - Corporate Initiatives & Planning. Arvind focuses on group's initiatives in new business domains & in expanding group's flagship ventures, based on inclusive & integrated planning models. He brings 26 years of multi-sector experience with various MNCs. During last decade, Arvind has been involved with development of several prestigious PPP projects in marine infrastructure (mainly Greenfield ports), urban infrastructure, corporate social business, regional planning, SEZ, transport & shipping. His previous key assignments were with Shell Hazira Port, Adani Mundra Port & SEZ, Zoom Developers, Precious Shipping Thailand, Century Shipping & Shipping Corporation of India. Arvind is an Electrical Engineer from IIT Delhi, MBA from IIM Ahmedabad, ex-fellow of Chartered Institute of Shipbrokers London and co-founder of Vigyan Vijay Foundation.
	R. Suresh, Chief Financial Officer. Brings with him an experience of 21 years in the field of finance, accounts & administration. He is a certified CPA,USA and ICWA. During his career, he has worked with companies like Indian Oil Corporation, Gulf Import & Export Co, Exceed group.,etc.
	S.Sivaraman, Head – Legal and Company Secretary. Sivaraman has done his Bachelors in Law from Bangalore University and is a fellow in the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He has nearly 30 years of experience in legal, secretarial and contracts administration. During his tenure he was associated with SPIC Group of companies & DLF.
	S. Vijaykumar, Vice President - Strategic Planning. Vijaykumar brings with him, a wealth of experience of over 17 years in IT, Steel and automobile industries. He has successfully held positions with responsibilities for revenues, profitability and client relationships. During his tenure he was associated with Ashok Leyland Ltd., SAIL, HTC software, SSI technologies and TCS. He holds a PGDM from IIM, Ahmedabad. Currently, he heads the Strategic Planning function of the group.
	Amol Vidwans, Head - Information Technology. With over 21 years of experience in the field of IT, Amol Vidwans is currently heading and managing the IT function for MARG Limited and all its group companies. He has completed his ISEB foundation certificate in IT Service Management (ITIL Version 2.0), UK and holds a Masters Degree (MSc.) from University of Sheffield, UK in Information Management. His area of expertise include - Technology Infrastructure Management, Business Application Development & Delivery, Telecommunications and Web and eCommerce engineering. etc. During his tenure, he worked with Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Ltd (MHRIL), Chevron Lubricants India Ltd, United Phosphorous Ltd, Johnson & Johnson Ltd, Apple Industries etc.
	Atul Raja, Group Vice President - Corporate Communications. Atul has more than 18 years of rich cross industrial experience in Marketing Communications, Branding and Product Management across some of India’s leading organisations like Bharti Airtel , Tata Teleservices, Shaw Wallace, Videocon, Bennett & Coleman and Daewoo Motors. Atul has been instrumental in launching and managing leading brands like “Royal Challenge”, ‘Matiz” , “Tata Indicom” and Kenwood”. His refreshed branding experience at Bharti Airtel and extensive handling of high intensity creative & media campaigns has enriched his learning curve. Atul currently heads the ‘Corporate Communications’ function at MARG.
	Arul Ananda Prabu .T, Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), MARG Group . Arul Ananda Prabu is a Science Graduate from Loyola College and Masters in Social Work (PM & IR) from The Madras School of Social Work, Chennai. Prior to joining MARG Group, Prabu was HR Head for TCI Sanmar Chemicals SAE, Portsaid, Egypt for the last three years. He has more than 20 years of experience in Human Resources function having worked in multinational companies like TN Petroproducts, PepsiCo, SSI Technologies, TATA Teleservices, Bharti Mobile, and The Sanmar Group. He has handled assignments based out of many cities in India as well as International locations such as Texas, US and Portsaid, Egypt.   Prabu is skilled in HR strategy & operations planning and partnering with business leaders to deliver quality HR solutions. He has successfully build and led high performance HR organization in diversified global environments and performed key leadership roles in HR.
	S. Subramanian, Vice President – Special Projects. A Post Graduate in Management (Marketing) from Cochin University, Subramanian brings with him a rich experience of 20 years in Advertising and Brand Management. He has spent close to 14 years with Mudra Communications. He was also the head of Marketing for AMP Sanmar Life Insurance and headed the Chennai station of BIG FM. Before joining MARG, he was with Showspace, an events and exhibitions company in Chennai.
