	Mr. K.M.Ravikumar- Corporate Head - HR Mr. Ravikumar has over 26 years of exposure to hard core Human Resource and Employee Relations, he has done his MBA ( PM & IR) from Symbiosis, Pune. He is well versed with corporate and manufacturing activities including Union Management. His previous employments was with SUZLON Energy Ltd. . Britannia Industries Ltd. Tube Products of India, Tata telecom, Cominco Binai Zinc Ltd., Dalmia Cements Ltd. He currently heads the HR Team function in the group.
	Mr.S.Sivaraman - Head – Legal and Company Secretary Mr.Sivaraman has done his Bachelors in Law from Bangalore University and is a fellow in the Institute of Company Secretaries of India .He has nearly 30 years of experience in legal, secretarial and contracts administration. During his tenure he was associated with SPIC Group of companies & DLF.
	Mr. S. Subramanian – Vice President – Special Projects A Post Graduate in Management (Marketing) from Cochin University, S.Subramanian brings with him a rich experience of 20 years in Advertising and Brand Management. He has spent close to 14 years with Mudra Communications,He was also the head of Marketing for AMP Sanmar Life Insurance and headed the Chennai station of BIG FM. Before joining MARG, he was with Showspace, an events and exhibitions company in Chennai. He currently heads the Corporate Communications function in the group.
	Mr. S. Vijaykumar – Vice President - Strategic Planning  Mr. Vijaykumar brings with him, a wealth of experience of over 17 years in IT, Steel and automobile industries. He has successfully held positions with responsibilities for revenues, profitability and client relationships. During his tenure he was associated with Ashok Leyland Ltd., SAIL, HTC software, SSI technologies and TCS. He holds a PGDM from IIM, Ahmedabad. Currently, he heads the Strategic Planning function of the group.
	Mr.Arvind Kumar Sagar – President cum Member MEC Mr.Arvind Kumar Sagar has done his Electrical Engineering & MBA - IIM – Ahmedabad. He has nearly 23 years of experience in transport , port, logistics and SEZ sectors. During his tenure he was associated with Century Shipping, Precious Shipping Public Company Ltd., Essar Shipping Ltd., Mundra Port SEZ Ltd., & Hazira Port Pvt Ltd.
	Mr. K P Rangaraj - Chief Financial Officer MARG. Mr.Rangaraj is a qualified CWA and brings with him varied experience of 20 years in the field of Finance, taxation and Greenfield projects. He has worked with companies like M/S Aircel, Kuwait Insulating Manufacturing Company limited. ICI India Limited, BOC India Limited... Etc. In his last assignment he was working as financial controller. He is currently working in MARG as Chief Financial Officer
	Mr. Atul Raja - Vice President corporate communication division. He is an expert in the field of Marketing Communicating with around 18 years of experience. He has completed his ICSE from Lucknow and MBA from Rohilkhand University. His expertise are from various industries which includes Biocon, Bharti Airtel Ltd, Tata Teleservices Ltd, Shaw Wallace & Company, Daewoo Motors etc. He is currently heading the corporate communication division as Vice President.
	Mr. Amol Vidwans - Group Head IT. With over 20 years of experience in the field of IT, Mr.Amol Vidwans a native of Pune, is currently heading the IT division of MARG. He has completed his ISEB foundation certificate in IT Service Management (ITIL Version 2.0), UK and M.Sc from Unversity of Sheffield, UK. During his tenure, he worked with Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Ltd, Chevron Lubricants India Ltd, United Phosphorous Ltd, Johnson & Johnson, Apple Industries etc.
	Mr. Suresh R - Vice President - Finance in Industrial Clusters Division Brings with him an experience of 21 years in the field of finance, Accounts & Administration. He is a certified CPA,USA and ICWA. During his career he has worked with companies like Indian Oil Corporation, Gulf Import & Export Co, Exceed group.,etc. He is currently Working with Marg as Vice President - Finance in Industrial Clusters Division.
	Mr. Siva Kumar J - Vice President Funding. With over 17 years of experience, Mr.Sivakumar a qualified associate CA and a Grad CWA has worked with Aircel Group, Sundaran Finance Ltd, Ebrahim Khalil Khanoo, Innovation Group etc. During his tenure, his expertise were in Fund mobilization, Treasury, Business Finance etc and has experience in varied sectors of Indian Industry like Infrastructure, telecom, Energy etc
