GRK Reddy Chairman & Managing Director, MARG Group. Mr. GRK Reddy, a first generation entrepreneur, is a post graduate in Commerce and an alumni of Kellogs USA. Mr. Reddy began his career in 1985, as a merchant banker and gained expertise in advising and structuring financial closures. An astute businessman with a Vision that is par excellence, Mr. Reddy recognized that the Infrastructure and Real Estate verticals would drive the 2nd generation reforms in India and envisaged that " Space Creation " will play a critical role in driving the Indian Economy and therefore promoted the MARG Group in 1994. Mr. Reddy has been the protagonist in the rapid growth of the company, which has a project base of more than Rs. 8,000 crore and is evolving into becoming the lead innovator in each vertical. 'G.R.K', as he is fondly called, has driven MARG into diverse projects such as Ports, SEZ's, Roads, IT Parks, Malls and Commercial & Residential real estate. MARG is won the coveted "The fastest growing Infrastructure company in India" award for 2008. Mr. GRK Reddy is also an active member of CII and has been a key member of various steering committees. He is currently the Chairman, Chennai zone. Mr. Reddy is a Charter Member of TiE - 'The Indus Entrepreneurs'; a global network fostering entrepreneurship.

Mr. B.G Menon - Executive Director - Infrastructure A Business Leader with over 22 years of experience across industries, Menon led the top and bottom line growth of the organizations. He was Vice President – Marketing with Pepsi International and then moved on to SSI Ltd as CEO , a Technology Business & Education company. Prior to MARG, he was the COO with Mahindra World City. Mr. Menon is a B. Tech graduate from IIT and a PGDIM from IIM Kolkata. He currently spearheads the Infrastructure projects.

Mr. B. Bhushan - Executive Director – Finance A Financial genius, Mr.Bhushan brings over 30 years of experience with leading companies in India. He has strong competencies in Finance, Management, Taxation, Accounting, IPO, Project Management and Company Secretarial functions. His stellar academics include B. Com (Hons), an LLB and MBA in Finance. He is currently the Executive Director of Finance.

Mr. Oscar Braganza – Executive Director – Real Estate & Industrial Clusters A Graduate in Electrical Engineering from IIT Kanpur, Mr. Oscar Braganza brings with him a rich experience of 35 years. During his career he has held various senior positions and key responsibilities such as Product Manager Philips India and Divisional Manager - Usha International , CEO – MRF Funskool. His last assignment was with M/s RPG Group as Managing Director and CEO of CEAT Srilanka. Mr. Oscar is responsible for Real Estate- Residential & Commercial and Industrial Clusters.

Mr.MLN Acharyulu – Executive DirectorA corporate management expert and a business leader, Mr. M.L.N.Acharyulu has more than 29 years of experience in managing and leading, different type of business organizations at various levels. Before joining MARG, he served as Executive Director in Conexant Systems Pvt Ltd., and prior to that as Managing Director QualCore Logic Pvt Ltd., and was involved in building the organization in India for these MNCs. During his professional career he was closely associated with Godavari Fertilizers Ltd., SICOM Ltd., and Crompton Greaves Ltd., in corporate finance, Corporate Planning, Projects and Engineering Division. Mr. Acharyulu did his M Tech in Electrical Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technical University, Masters in Financial Management from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies and is also an AICWA. Mr. Acharyulu is a member on the Board of Directors of several companies, a member of National Executive Committee of Indo American Chamber of Commerce (IACC) and also a charter member of TIE. He is presently heading the Marine Vertical of MARG group and is responsible for Karaikal Port and all other Marine Projects of the group.
