MARG Foundation India, the Group’s EPC division, provides integrated turnkey solutions. Our range of services includes providing integrated design, engineering, material procurement, field services, construction and project management services for infrastructure sector projects and real estate sector projects. The Company caters to both green-field and brown field projects and offers engineering, procurement and construction services for:

• Living Spaces: Affordable housing, High end villas
• Industrial Clusters: Special Economic Zones
• Marine Infrastructure: Break water, berth, dredging
• Urban Infrastructure: Airport, Shopping Arena, Multiplex, Hotel, Roads, Water and Sewage pipelines, Desalination plants
• Energy: Transmission lines (HT / LT), Sub-stations.

The Company has executed number of large projects for various state/central government agencies, international companies and large Indian corporate

Some of major projects the Company has successfully completed in different sectors are as given below:

Marine - Integrated port development for KPPL comprising of berths & breakwater construction, dredging, stockyards, roads and utilities

Power - Setting up of around 100 MW wind power projects, sub stations, transmission lines and transformer yards

Roads – Completed more than 60 kms of road construction including those on difficult terrains and ghats

Commercial & Institutional Buildings – over 1 Million square feet of construction at various locations, Project Management Consultancy for Institutional and Industrial construction

Residential – completed construction of more than 500,000 sq ft of living space

The Company has a robust EPC order book with contracts from subsidiaries companies and external clients.
